Cancellation Policy

At Sweatology (https://cpaaccountingconcepts.com/), all products are custom-made based on customer specifications. Since each order is processed and produced specifically for you, our cancellation policy is strict and time-bound.

1. Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

• Cancellation requests must be made within this time frame to be eligible

2. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your order:

Provide:

• Order ID

• Reason for cancellation

3. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Cancellation is NOT allowed in the following cases:

• After 12 hours of order placement

• Once the order is moved to the production/printing stage

• After the product has been shipped

• For bulk or corporate customized orders, once confirmed

4. Instant Processing Orders

Some orders may be processed immediately due to fast production workflows.
In such cases, cancellation may not be possible even within 12 hours.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

• Full refund will be processed

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refund Timeline:

• 5–10 business days after approval

6. Partial Cancellation

• Partial cancellation (removing specific items from an order) may not be allowed once processing has started

• Sweatology reserves the right to approve or deny such requests

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can also be cancelled within the allowed time window

• Repeated cancellations may result in the restriction of COD services for the customer

8. Order Modification

• Changes (size, design, address) are allowed only within 12 hours

• After that, modifications may not be possible

9. Failed or Suspicious Orders

Sweatology reserves the right to:

• Cancel any order due to payment failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

• Issue a full refund in such cases

10. Shipping Charges

• If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

11. Right to Refuse Cancellation

Sweatology reserves the right to:

• Deny cancellation requests that do not meet policy conditions

• Take the final decision in all cancellation-related matters
