Refund and Returns Policy

At Sweatology (https://cpaaccountingconcepts.com/), all our products are custom-made based on customer specifications, including but not limited to T-shirts, hoodies, caps, mugs, bottles, pens, and other personalized items. Therefore, our refund and return policy is structured accordingly.

1. No Return / No Refund on Customized Products

All customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

This includes:

• Products with custom text, names, photos, or designs
• Items customized using our design tool
• Bulk/customized corporate orders

2. Exceptions (Eligible for Return / Replacement)

We only accept returns or provide replacements under the following conditions:

a. Damaged Product

• The product received is physically damaged or defective

b. Incorrect Product Delivered

• Wrong item, size, or design delivered compared to the order

c. Printing Defect

• A major visible printing error caused by us (not design-related)

3. Non-Eligible Cases (No Refund / Return)

Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Spelling or design mistakes made by customer
• Low-resolution or poor-quality uploaded images
• Slight color variation between the screen and the actual product
• Minor alignment or placement differences
• Change of mind after order confirmation

4. Return / Replacement Request Process

To request a return or replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide:
  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

⚠️ Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

5. Verification & Approval

• Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
• If approved, we will initiate:
  • Replacement OR
  • Refund (as applicable)

6. Replacement Policy

• Replacement will be processed for eligible cases only
• New product will be shipped at no additional cost
• Processing time: 3–7 business days

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if:

• Replacement is not possible OR
• The order is cancelled within the allowed cancellation window

Refund Method:

• Original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, Card, etc.)

Refund Timeline:

• 5–10 business days after approval

8. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• After production starts → ❌ No cancellation / refund

9. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• In case of replacement due to our error, we bear the shipping costs

10. Quality & Color Disclaimer

• Product colors may slightly vary due to screen differences
• Final print output may vary slightly from the preview

11. Right to Refuse

Sweatology reserves the right to:

• Reject any return/refund request that does not meet policy criteria
• Take the final decision in dispute cases
