🔁 Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • With original packaging, labels, and invoice

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged, or altered products
• Custom or special-order items
• Items damaged due to customer handling

💰 Refund Policy

• Since we follow a “No Advance Payment” model, refunds apply only if:
  • Customer has already made payment after delivery (if applicable), OR
  • Wrong/damaged product delivered
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval

🔄 Replacement

• Replacement is available for:
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items
